Dear Parents and Skaters,

It is the start of an exciting new season and I would like to take the time to outline my fee schedule. This is for your information and is effective July 1, 2008.

Private Lessons

Primary +                          $12.50

Pre-Primary                      $10.50

Test coaching

Skills                                $12.50

Dance                               $12.50

Freeskate Elements         $25.00

Freeskate  Solo                $12.50                                                                                                                  Interpretive                      $12.50

Competitive                     $25.00 + expenses

Competition Coaching

Invitational/fun                       $30.00/first event

Competitive/EOSIC etc           $50.00 per event



Competitive Practice                $25.00 per practice

All competitions will be subject to travel expenses except those in your home arena.

Music Selection, Editing and Recording: Studio Magique de Musique edits all music.

The breakdown is as follows:               Research                               $20.00

Editing                                 $20.00

Recording                             $10.00

Increases/Tweaking             $15.00

Extra copies                         $10.00

Statements will be sent out the 15^th and 30^th/31^st of the month via email. Hard copies are available upon request. Accounts are payable upon receipt of the invoice. Balances not paid within 10 days are subject to a 10% late fee, with a minimum of $5.00 charge. Balances not paid within 28 days will result in lesson cancellation and an additional 15% late fee. All outstanding accounts must be paid prior to trying test or the skaters test will be pulled.

If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a lesson charge.

Lesson scheduling will be relatively flexible during the season according to test and competition dates. Extra training may be considered at these times.

If you have any questions or concerns about my fee schedule or skating and coaching in general, please do not hesitate to ask. I would appreciate that you contact me at home between the hours of 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. or 10:00 -11:00 p.m. Due to limited time, please avoid any lengthy discussions. Lengthy discussions will result in a consultation fee.

Please be advised that in the case of inclement weather, unsafe driving conditions or any other unforeseen delay, every attempt will be made to contact you personally of my absence.

I hope the coming season proves to be successful in meeting our goals. With the proper attitude and communication, I am sure we will see an improvement.
